Heart Complacency: The Penalty

The Heart is made of muscles intricately specially and specifically designed to pump blood through your blood vessels. It starts working from the moment you are conceived and the heart able to pump. It goes on pumping until it ages or is disturbed. The impact of this is irreversible in the event of it becoming terminal.

When your heart stops, it can be reversible in certain situations provided immediate medical attention is available and also depending on whether it is not at the end of its life. Some stoppages can be as result of abuse to the heart through bad habits like smoking, drugs, cholesterol and many others. But when stoppage is as a result of the heart reaching the end of its left span, sadly; there is no other way than to die.

The heart averagely has been scientifically said to beat at an average of 72 heart beats per minute. Mathemathically, we can create an equation like this:
Hourly heart beats = (y) x (60). y being the beats per minute.
Daily heart beats = (y) x (60) x 24.
Yearly heart beats = (y) x (60) x 24 x 365

If you were to live for say 90 years, the equation would be: (y) x (60) x 24 x 365 x 90 beats.
Let us work this out: 72x60x24x365x90 = 3,405,888,000 beats.
I do understand that it could be more because we do have leap years every 4 years. So the number of beats worked out above is simply an ESTIMATE.

Looking at the work being undertaken by the heart, one would expect everyone of us to be more considerate and much more carefeul and caring to our hearrts.
This is often not the case because of our life styles, what we eat, drink, smoke and the ever hectic lives we live. The following sites may help us understand more about our hearts and how to prevent and keep them healthy:
Watch the video on the side and see what other products you might benefit from if only we care a little bit more.
There are natural products that have been known from time past to assist and benefit us with keeping good health which also translates to good hearts.
How and what we do to help our hearts is what would make our hearts work well for us. The heart is like a car with a poor carburetor or now known as fuel injectors. Once there is the smallest particle that blocks the fine inlets, your car starts performing and erractically. Fail to have it rectified immediately, that would be the end and the cost on your pocket would be astronomical. Sometimes we want to 'manage' and hope it would go away. No it will not. It would only become compounded. It is the pumping station of the cars (for the new e-cars, someone may have to help me here). SO IS YOUR HEART. If you think you could have a replacement, that in my view is wishful thinking. Your best bet is to treat your hearts with TLC.

This product Forever CardioHealth link here is available for the US market. It is not available for the UK market for now. It could be beneficial to maintaining good heart as part of healthy life style. Help your heart and please don't let it go onstrike on you.
